Company History
DTZ Barnicke Nanaimo Ltd. was founded in 1993, specifically focused on the provision of professional real estate services to owners of commercial properties in the central Vancouver Island area. Previously called Zaicana Pacific Realty Ltd., we associated with the J.J. Barnicke national association of commercial realtors in September 2004, changing our name at the same time. Through this national partnership, real estate services are enhanced locally and provided in major markets worldwide.
Management Structure
The DTZ Barnicke Nanaimo Ltd. organization is directed by Bob Moss, Managing Partner and company founder. Bob oversees the main business groups that constitute the firm.

DTZ Holdings plc, a major global property advisor, acquired J.J. Barnicke Limited in November 2007. As one of 17 owned and affiliated offices in Canada, DTZ Barnicke Nanaimo Ltd. provides a full range of commercial real estate services.
- In Canada, the DTZ Barnicke group has been providing service for over 45 years and now comprises some 450 employees, including more than 300 real estate professionals.
