DTZ Barnicke Nanaimo Ltd. is dedicated to providing a full range of commercial property services in the central Vancouver Island region. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage and we utilize a highly regarded integrated property management accounting system which enables us to provide you with timely reporting. Our staff members are dedicated professionals, all of whom have several years experience in the commercial real estate field.

Services Provided:
- Working together with you to meet with all tenants so as to introduce our services and gain an understanding of their specific needs;
- Familiarize ourselves with the building construction and mechanical systems;
- Communicate with existing building service providers to ensure a smooth transition;
- Undertake a re-measurement of the building to BOMA standards;
- Review the current Lease agreements and recommend any changes for your approval; and
- Prepare an initial property operating budget for your approval;
- We will provide a customized financial reporting package to you on a quarterly basis. Our practice is to tailor the number and type of reports to fit the needs of our clients.
On an ongoing basis, we will visit the property regularly, inspect the buildings, meet with tenants, ensure lease obligations are respected, and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors. We will work with you to seek new tenants for vacant premises. For urgent situations, we are available on a 7 day per week 24-hour basis.
